I studied in 1975-1982, when the building was in good condition.Then 10 years later, I don't remember anymore. Then a new school was built nearby, but there were fewer and fewer people going there. And the old school, the manor, was falling into disrepair. Then, it seems, the Soligorsky salt works decided to make a recreation area for its employees, and reconstruction began. Well, then the crisis, inflation, crisis again, and it remained at this level.And so yes, the places are beautiful, it was possible to rebuild the dam in the neighboring village of Grozovok and a lake would be formed, much larger than it is now. Очень интересное место👌 Сторож Михалыч провёл экскурсию, рассказал историю, очень грамотный и интересный и хороший человек, хороший географ. Нам очень понравилось это место, как-нибудь вернёмся ещё раз 💪

К сожалению, уникальный памятник архитектуры находится не в лучшем состоянии, хоть реставрация идёт уже 12 лет. Вход на территорию усадьбы запрещен, поскольку это частная территория.
