The hotel is good, not bad, but not great either.

The location is convenient, the sea is just over 100 meters away, the beach is clean, but without cabins, sun beds, toilets and showers. But there is a great Umbrella beach nearby, where there is everything and a Bismi wholesale and retail supermarket.
There is a safe, hairdryer, air conditioning, kettle (tea, coffee, cream powder, water, replenished daily) TV with 30+ channels, but with terrible broadcast quality and no music channels.
Good and quite varied breakfasts, of different cuisines - European, Arabic, Indian. Good coffee, but the coffee machine makes only 4 types of coffee out of 12. There are juices and yogurts.
The pool and loggia are on the 19th floor, there is no desire to relax there, everything is heated by the sun, there is little space and no longer remembers when it was new...

I liked the hotel! Convenient location, the beach is nearby, nearby shopping centers and attractions are within walking distance, for example: (Fujairah Fort is less than an hour on foot).
The beach across the street is clean and sparsely populated.
We arrived at the hotel at 8 o'clock, checked in and fed immediately. The room was given with a view of the mountains and the sea.

A modern hotel on the beach, (though across a 6-lane road) attentive friendly staff, solving almost all issues, a decent room, a comfortable bed, a TV with smart TV, a bathroom with everything you need (shampoo, shower gel, body lotion), a hair dryer. Disposable slippers are also available on request. Free safe, iron, smart Internet in the room (also without extra charges, unlike in Turkey, for example) A decent breakfast buffet, without frills, but without poisoning, etc.
Of the minuses, the beach across the street is wild, you can't hide from the sun, you can't take a shower. The hotel is not bad, honest 3 stars. The location is great, the beach is just around the corner. The breakfasts are varied, to suit every taste. I lived on the 15th floor, I didn't hear any extraneous sounds from the bars, there were no problems with elevators and drunk visitors, there were only hotel guests in the lobby.
Of the cons: The furniture is catastrophically not young, there are no hangers, you need to ask for an iron, the room is not cleaned, and the room needs to be repaired.
If something is necessary, then you need to contact the reception, they will try to solve your requests. The staff is very polite, speaks excellent English, and is helpful. There are no towels for the beach and it's useless to beg. There is only one towel in the room.

This is a great hotel! Almost four. It's okay that the furniture is not new, the interior of the rooms is on the same level. The food is above average, especially fish. The pool on the roof (we went to see it once - not that, because there is an ocean nearby). Cleaning is daily, hygiene and water supplies were replenished. Generally loyal and kind staff. We communicated with them in English. But the main thing is the ocean, a 3-minute walk from the wild beach, with a convenient entrance to the water. The budget option is good enough for your money. We were settled quickly. The rooms are simple, but everything you need is there.

If you are looking for a calm, quiet holiday with the sea across the street, then here you are (2 photos). It's a long way from the airport, and from the big shopping malls too. I chose the hotel because of the distance to the sea. Nice clean rooms. Cleaning is daily. The only drawback is that the sockets need adapters. There are many small shops around the hotel, I bought there for 3 dirhams ~ 75 rubles. There is an outdoor swimming pool on the 19th floor (1 photo). I talked there with old aunts who didn't like the hotel, like the old one, but I think it was built in 2018. I had breakfast included, that was enough. I prefer cafes with other food (for example, seafood), which you will not be given at the hotel.
The windows in the room open, which is rare for the Emirates (3 photos). But there is also a conductor.

Good afternoon, everyone! I stayed at the hotel from 12/31/2023 to 07.01.2024. Very convenient location of the hotel to the beach (700m walk to the beach). The staff is very helpful. Issues are resolved quickly. The food is acceptable, no one will remain hungry. Room 418 on the 7th floor was clean. The problem arose with the refrigerator, which heats up in the cabinet, and does not freeze because of this, but if you keep the cabinet door open, it freezes well. The plumbing seems to be new, but it leaks. The sound insulation is excellent, despite the presence of nightclubs in the hotel itself. In general, I liked everything. Nice hotel!

But when there's less food in the evening than in the morning and you see in 7 days-2 types of rice, a half-broth, a chicken dried out by the desert, no baking, incomprehensible pea sprouts and some other half-broth, but now it's not soup, but a kind of gravy-eeeee… Every time you expect someone to jump out from behind the curtain and say it's just a prank, the food is coming out. In such cases, I always have a question: why are you coming here, to rest or to collect negativity? It is absolutely clear that there is always a price-quality ratio. I have a rest alone, respectively, a double room, but with one large bed. The bed linen is gorgeous, it was changed on the third day. Towels are changed every day, and two bottles of water are given every day. Room cleaning every day. The shower is wonderful, shampoos are constantly being reported. And the fact that there is no balcony, in my opinion, it is not needed! In general, there are zero complaints about the number at all! The food is a bit monotonous, but it's quite tasty, you won't stay hungry. I have breakfast and dinner. I would like to note that upon arrival I went to dinner 30 minutes before closing, there was absolutely the entire range! There are times when something ends at breakfast, but it is served soon. You can order an omelet or scrambled eggs, there is no queue! Fruits, of course, are a little scarce. Only 🍉.
The hotel has a swimming pool, but purely symbolically, it's small, but you can take a dip, and even here the sea is gorgeous, you don't really need a pool. There are several sun loungers by the pool. The pool area offers a magnificent view of the sea and the beach. There is a SPA, but I haven't used it. There is a small fitness room, quite sufficient to keep fit. Who needs a big and professional one, next to the hotel in the next building! The beach across the street is wild, but some people use it. If you walk to the left of the hotel for 10-15 minutes, there will be a very nice urban Umbrella beach. There is a shower, a toilet, and a shade. However, there are no deck chairs. But the sand is shallow, I took a sheet with me from home and lay on it. Very convenient! In addition, I bought a beach umbrella, the price is 30 dirhams and lay in the shade. The only inconvenience is that you have to get dressed to get to the shower, you can't wear swimming trunks, the guard won't let you in. And one more thing, there is a port nearby. Huge cargo ships are constantly sailing, making noise. But it's not critical! Some people write that it is difficult to cross the road from the hotel. I completely misunderstood what the problem was. Despite the fact that the road has three lanes in each direction, the flow is very small. I am attaching a photo. There is, of course, a passage, but you have to walk 200 meters in the opposite direction to it. But the transition will not give you any advantage here. In the UAE, roads are built for cars, not pedestrians. It's ubiquitous here. Keep in mind.
In the evening, you can walk along the embankment where the beach is. Everything is beautifully illuminated there, fountains are working, a children's playground, cafes for every taste, etc.
There are several supermarkets within walking distance from the hotel, to the right of the Bismi, like our Metro. The hotel is 300 meters away. To the left, if you walk past the beach for the same amount, there will be a large Karefour. But it's new and it's not full of shops yet. But the grocery department is huge, there is plenty to choose from. I consider LuLu to be one of the best shopping malls in the city, but it is 3.5 km from the hotel. Although I walked to it twice. It took about 40 minutes each way. And also back. After dinner, it turns out to be a very nice walk. There are restaurants and cafes near the hotel. I can't say anything about them, I didn't go.

The trip, of course, is very tedious and uncomfortable. Therefore, before you decide to do this, think about whether you can!
There is an F55 bus from the Airport to the Expo 2020 Metro Station. His stop is to the right of the exit at the corner of the terminal building. But for the trip, you need to buy a Nol silver card right at the exit to dutifrey, it costs 25 derham, of which 19 will be in the account. Pay for it as we do, attach it at the entrance and always at the exit. By the way, there is a card replenishment machine at the bus stop, I immediately deposited another 20 dirhams. I had to wait for the bus. Anyway, 1.5 hours after leaving the Airport, I found myself on the subway. You put the same card at the entrance there. Get on the train heading towards the Centrum (don't confuse the male and female carriages). Are you going to the station Union, there is a transfer to the green line, there you will board the train that goes to Etisalat station. By the way, it is finite. In general, the subway route took just over an HOUR!
Go out towards the Bus station, there is a large bus terminal. The E500 bus departs from stand 10-12 to Fujairah. It runs on a schedule every 1.5 hours. I had to wait almost an hour. You can also pay with a Nol card. The route to Fujairah took 2 hours. The bus arrived at the bus station, from which you can either take a taxi to the hotel, or you can take a local minibus and get to the city center now 3 derham, but only IN CASH. From there, again, either by taxi (but cheaper), or on foot. It depends on where your hotel is located.
So, it took me 6 hours all the way!!!! HOURS!!!!
But it's also a long way back.
I can't say for sure about the cost right now, in general, it turns out to be about 40 dirhams plus 11 taxis to the hotel from the Reem shopping center in the center of Fujairah.
But if you like extreme sports and travel, then you will like it! It's an interesting experience! By the way, on the subway, which runs above ground, you will travel through almost the whole of Dubai and see its sights, including the Burj Khalifa high-rise.

We stayed at the hotel for 12 days with a 2-year-old child. Breakfast +dinner. We met some more of the same brave souls, the claims to the hotel are similar: 1. The food is not intended for baby food at all.
2. Active traffic on the highway, the beach is across the street, the daredevils run over, but there is a zebra nearby, and then they do not willingly stop there.
3. There is nowhere to walk. There is not a well-groomed and gentrified area around.
As for the room and cleaning, there are no complaints. To eat, there is. Sparse. Minimal. Very acute.
But!!!
How to survive with children: and still go to the beach on a zebra. But to the far beach of Umbrella. 10 minutes on foot. Well-groomed, gentrified, everything for people and children. There are cafes there, you can spend the whole daylight from 10 to 16h.
There are many shops around our hotel, where you can also buy something. There is a wholesale store across the intersection, but I paid $9×110r for 1 kg of bananas, apples, a bag of marshmallows, a pack of cookies and 1 ice cream. Well, I won't tell you too much.
The restaurant does not offer sweets in the hotel. Tea is only for breakfast. Soups are very spicy and specific in taste and smell.
It took 2.5 hours to get from the airport. Comfortably on their roads. But, the wheels of my suitcase were broken, so I was not in a good mood.
I'm not coming here anymore.

The nearby beach is not so clean, but you can find a good place. The sea is gorgeous in December. The food is standard treshka, the stomach is not affected. The exchanger is to the right of the market. Or in loo-loo. There are a lot of fixprice type shops to the right of the kettle, it takes a long way to reach the street with shops, starting from car dealerships and to the left to the grand mosque, and there it's not far to lu-lu. Walking usually takes three or four hours. There is a low-price store next to the kettle on the left. There is YouTube in Russian, but no television programs. It's not noisy at all on the 13th.

Further, a 15-minute walk away is the well-groomed Umbrella Municipal beach. But keep in mind that you will have to behave within the limits there, despite the fact that this is a beach. So I recommend a wild beach and, by the way, that the shore, that the bottom is much better than a well-groomed beach. There is an inconvenience. The road from the hotel to the beach, which must be crossed without a pedestrian crossing. It's not a big deal. We didn't stay more than two minutes. Slippers were brought upon request. All that was missing, she asked to bring it and immediately brought it. There is also an iron in the room, which is very convenient. I only took breakfast at the hotel. The assortment is not large, but you definitely won't stay hungry, the only minus, and for me, there was no sweet. The public beach is 900 meters from the hotel, and the wild one is across the street from the hotel. It is very convenient for a beach holiday, there are also cafes and shops nearby. The hotel is very conveniently located and the staff is very helpful. During the rest there was not a single unresolved problem. The pool is on the 19th floor, but I just went there a couple of times to sit for a while. There is no point in using the pool when the sea is nearby.
