I really like this place. It's always cozy, clean, and very pleasant to be in this coffee shop. Sometimes you don't even want to leave. The coffee is delicious, the pastries are always fresh and awesome. The baristas are very attentive to the guests, always friendly and know how to create a warm atmosphere. I've been going to this coffee shop since it opened, for me it's the best coffee shop in Minsk! I highly recommend it to everyone!

The barista girl Polina was rude and passive aggression was felt. You ask for a drink, she says no, you ask what to eat, she says, "choose, I'll tell you whether to eat or not."
Do we have to list all the menus if we can just say that there are no items, and not force visitors to guess, and then deliberately start saying "this is, this is not" for each menu item, even though we didn't even ask.
Even if the coffee is not bad, then this service is just unsettling, especially if you come with an initially good mood and communicate as politely as possible.

We took it with us, we found it on the road already.
They tried to make a pre-order in the application, it did not work, they wrote that the order was being processed, they reached it faster.
I ask you to look at the policy of the institution about yesterday's food, there should be a discount or at least a warning for it.
And to regulate the operation of the application for pre-orders.
