On 11/26/2024, in the evening, I brought a leather bag for return. The employee of the point behaved extremely incorrectly and disrespectfully! In the presence of a queue of people! Without checking the articles and other data, taking into account only the first photo of the bag on the Internet!!!, she said in raised tones that I had replaced the bag, brought another one, that she would not take responsibility for the return! What kind of behavior was that?? Rudeness, shouting at the buyer. Fortunately, another employee of the point, a man, came out, checked everything, made sure himself that the bag was exactly the one that was purchased and told her to make a refund. To which she said something disrespectful again! I made a refund in the end, thanks to the second employee, but I thoroughly ruffled my nerves! No apologies, nothing came from her!

P.S. I came to the conclusion that it is better to try on things on the spot at the pick-up point and, if they do not fit, it is better to return them immediately!!
