It’s a nice park and great for walking, with plenty of squirrels around. However, it doesn’t have facilities like restaurants or food options. I think it’s best to visit in spring or early autumn; otherwise, its appeal diminishes.
I love the Yerevan Botanical Garden. It is always quiet here, calm, beautiful birdsong. Now the repair work is in full swing, I hope it will become even more beautiful after. The biggest disadvantage is stray dogs!!!
I advise you to visit all lovers of walking in the forest area. The garden is currently under reconstruction, but still in spring and autumn it is beautiful in any layout. You don't have to expect too much from him - just a pleasant green place in rocky Yerevan. There are 2 small greenhouses.
There, a large-scale renovation is currently underway, and I have no doubt that they will give us a real paradise
Yerevan is my favorite city - thanks to everyone who cares about making the city more beautiful
Unfortunately, we are disappointed with the "garden", everything is in a very deplorable state. The tracks are in a state of repair, there is no place to go, just dust and stones. There is no care for the trees and flower beds, everything is overgrown with weeds. There are a lot of working equipment that blocks the passages. There are very few beautiful places for a keepsake photo. At the same time, the paid entrance is 500 AMD + 300 eco-epicenter.
There is no botanical garden as such. There is a forest or an overgrown park, and a small greenhouse. In addition, for some reason, the navigator cannot show the true road to it, it leads to some vacant lots. The garden itself is being renovated. There are no benches or drinking fountains. Walking is very difficult. However, somewhere in the depths of the chaotic thickets they found a tree-a bookcase, that is, such a forest library. It's a good idea! And it was the only place where you could find a shadow. Otherwise, there were more expectations than what actually exists.
Oooooh, I don't even know how to describe this horror in one word. Complete ruin and neglect, there is nothing to look at from the word at all, except squirrels. One name and that's it. To say that I am disappointed is to say nothing!!!!
It's just terrible. Everything is rummaged and dug up, it is not clear where to go, there are no special plants or they are not signed. They would have closed for repairs, and not charged people money for such a terrible experience.
Perhaps the largest park in Yerevan. In spring, there is absolutely nothing to do in it, except to see the greenhouse (a slightly futuristic building) for an additional 300 drams. It's much more interesting in summer. Unfortunately, the Botanical Garden is not very well maintained, some description plates are clearly missing, but it is definitely worth a visit anyway. And it's cool there in the summer heat.
I was at the weekend, it's quite crowded inside. The territory is not very large, a significant part of it is under reconstruction. It looks more like an ordinary "semi-wild" park than a botanical garden. But it's nice to walk inside
The impression that the Botanical Garden, by and large, has been abandoned since the Soviet Union. Now it's probably just a recreation park. I wanted to see the fragrance of the southern flora, but no one is seriously engaged in Botsad. Sorry.
The entrance is 500 drams, it is impossible to maintain such a territory for such money. The garden is in disrepair, the trees are not pruned, the territory is not cleaned. Many facilities are out of order. But it's very nice, calm, there are a lot of squirrels, you can hear them gnawing nuts
Unfortunately, the garden is very unkempt. The greenhouse building is overgrown and falling apart. I hope there will be an opportunity to put the botanical garden in order. The territory itself is promising.
When tired of the hustle and bustle, the most important thing is to be careful, dogs run around on the territory. It is a pity that there is no restoration of the greenhouse.
+ There are hedgehogs
- There are snakes
- Periodically, the fence collapses and is not repaired for a long time. Because of this, one Labrador, breaking off the leash, ran into the roadway and was hit by a truck
I liked everything very much, only the abandoned greenhouses are not very good and I advise you to come in the spring

The park looks abandoned and unkempt, and the entrance price is, to put it mildly, too high. But at the same time, this is one of the few green areas of the city where you can relax from the noise of cars and take a walk.

An ordinary park does not have any exotic plants either on the territory or indoors . broken asphalt, a couple of flower beds there is absolutely nothing to do there. It is better to visit the restaurant to the right of the entrance there are well-groomed plants and good cuisine
I definitely recommend you to visit! Especially with your family at any time of the year!

Most of the park is abandoned. A pack of angry dogs about 10 individuals runs around the park. It is dangerous for children to walk here without adults.
