A very good store. A huge assortment for any product group. Wide rows, you don't walk around jostling like in many stores. Many more self-service ticket offices have been added. A coffee machine was added. The staff is always polite.

Polite employees can be counted on your fingers. I try to minimize communication with the staff as much as possible, but almost every time I took a product from the showcase, I faced either eye-rolling or passive aggression, and sometimes even open rudeness. It's the same story with self-service cash registers when you need help. Do employees have such high demands or low salaries that they behave like this? I work in medicine, I know what it's like to work with people, I try to protect people who face the same thing, but after another rudeness, I don't want to keep silent or put up with it somehow.

I don't like the store anymore, obviously there are problems with the staff. This year, they bought a herring, as it turned out, they had to eat it on the day they bought it, but that's okay. But this month there have been 2 cases with bad goods, the second one is again overdue. We bought grilled chicken, as a result, the evening was ruined, after opening the package the stench was terrible, we did not even dare to try. We also bought trout for shares, we also did not pay attention, it was the last days of the expiration date.

Parking is inconveniently cramped. The assortment in the culinary department has not changed for years. The seller's answer "I can't say what it is, I don't eat THAT" in the same cooking is just WOW))))). The quality of the ventilation equipment most likely tends to 0. Because going into the trading floor for 20 minutes, you will smell fried, or even burnt chicken for a week. There are very pleasant and friendly staff - most of them. I wish the rest of you to reconsider your attitude towards visitors.
