Ticket tellers are responsive and helpful, the waiting room is quite comfortable, especially pleased with the presence of a stand for connecting a mobile phone for charging, as well as the availability of Wi-Fi. In case of a long wait for the train, there is an opportunity to relax in fairly comfortable conditions. You can also have a snack in the station building if necessary. Of the disadvantages, I can only note the lack of a toilet for the disabled with a regular sitting toilet.
