Refused entry they claim they know my friend, while it was our first day in kazan ever
Korston Royal claims it is a 5-star hotel, but it is the worst 5 stars hotel I have ever been at. The rooms are big but not equipped, and there is no iron. The price of ironing and laundry are crazy high (you get 2 free ironing, though). The cleaning of the rooms is the worst I have ever seen, they came only changed towels and made one of the beds only, they didn't even bother to bring new drinking cups or make basic cleaning. The pictures of the rooms on the Internet show that there is a bathtub. However, our room didn't have one. The pool is small and stupid. The breakfast was decent. Once we weren't accepted entering one of the clubs in the hotel building, even though we were a 5-star hotel guest, the reception didn't do anything about it.
We had the best stay in Kimky, the host is awesome, helpful and friendly, the rooms are nice and well-equipped. as a tourist from the middle east I have enjoyed my stay there and would love to come again, there is a good kitchen, and nice katoon river view. The host brought us a great coffee, the hospitality is beyond expectation, and the speak englishhh!!!

Normal hotel, not really 5 stars. Tye reception are a bit rude that Chinese looking guy. I asked to have a shower before my flight at the evening of my last day. In the spa area, they refused!!! And rudely refused not even explaining. I understand that I have checked out but I am a 5 stars hotel guest for 4 nights can't you allow me to have quick shower before my flight? In the public showers? Shame
