A very good hotel! We rested from 14 to 11/24/24. The hotel building itself is new, the rooms are very cozy. The rooms have everything you need, even a knife (you can peel the fruit yourself). The only thing that confused me was that there are no disposable slippers, as they are given out in many hotels. There will be rubber slippers in which someone walked before you. But that's how I understood it in all of Thailand. There is an umbrella and a beach bag. Also, unlike Turkey, you can't privatize a beach bag for yourself on departure)) Another nuance is that in order to clean the room, you need to press the button in the room for cleaning, otherwise they will not come to your room and they will not give you a daily portion of water either. With our brains relaxed on vacation, we often forgot to press it)) But if necessary, you can approach the staff and ask for water. Beach towels are changed at the reception. Wi-Fi from the hotel catches perfectly everywhere. Breakfast is on the level. Take a look at the rooftop bar at least once - it's very cool there, to go up to it, do not go to the general elevator, but turn left from the reception. The massage parlor at the hotel was also appreciated. The prices are higher than on the street, but the level is much higher for me, it feels like a spa there. Alas, we have never entered the pool during the entire vacation, so Karon beach, which is 5 minutes away from the hotel, is magnificent, the sea is super. Everything is close from the hotel: exchangers, a street with cafes, fruits, sweets. Go to the Reamly seafood cafe in front of the hotel with a view of the lake, there are very tasty seafood and tom pits. We would definitely return to this hotel again, very cozy and match its stars.

We had a rest from August 3, 2024 to August 16, 2024. The room had a second bedroom, the window overlooked the houses of local residents, and a statue of a Large Buddha was visible. Everything is very clean, the room is fresh. They cleaned on demand. The staff is polite and smiling. The laundry is convenient, the staff explained how to use it. The pool is small, but it is convenient to swim when it rains. The sea is 5 minutes away. nearby cafes, mini market, shops, spa. Breakfast is decent, eggs, ham, cheese, croissants, there are fruits, albeit not in abundance, but they are normal. During the early excursions, they gave a lunch box, although they were meager, it was better to buy breakfast in advance. The guide explained everything, was in touch, and helped install the taxi app. In general, if we go back, then here is 100%

We visited this hotel in October. It looks very beautiful, the pink light looks attractive. The room is tiny, with a view of the street, the air conditioning works well, the beach bag and umbrella provided by the hotel for the period of stay helped out a lot. There are no cutlery in the room, there are mugs and a kettle. There are also beach towels, they are changed at the reception without question. I didn't like how the rooms were cleaned, for 9 days it seems that the pastel linen was not changed once, the floors were also washed mediocre, even sometimes they did not pick up what fell from the floor (a piece of paper / mini toothpaste), if you do not press the cleaning button in the room, then no one will come. The breakfasts are quite varied, but there seems to be a lack of exotic fruits. The pool is shallow, the sun beds are right in the water, it's unusual, I liked it.Well, I recommend the hotel, it is good in its price category, for not very sophisticated travelers like us, it does not stink with sewage, sound insulation is not bad, the staff is ready to help, the main thing is that in a 5-minute walk the beach, exchangers, seven eleven and many establishments

We rested in March for 10 days, the hotel is fresh, the rooms are cozy, there was a view of the city and the lake (the view was attached), it is not noisy if the windows are closed. The air conditioner is silent, worked at 5+. The Internet worked super, mostly in the room closer to the corridor, but we came to relax, not to sit on the phones!) The Internet connection was OK throughout the territory. They cleaned every day, fresh towels were put on daily, the bed was changed every 3 days. The pool is clean, the sun beds are in the water, I've seen this for the first time, it's interesting) It was nice to experience the heat by the pool) Beach towels, too, were updated every day at the reception, plus you could take bags and umbrellas 🌂 The staff is very smiling and pleasant, responded to all requests instantly🫶🏻 Very cool location, near the lake, one of the steep beaches of Karon beach in a 5-minute walk (we met both sunrises and sunsets, very convenient), several 7-11 and other shops /cafes, as well as a market (not open every day). There is everything at breakfast too, you definitely won't leave hungry, but I would like more fruits🫶🏻 The impressions are only positive, I think we'll come back here again!)

I am currently staying at this hotel. The hotel is relatively new, close to the beach, 7/11. markets. The rooms are very small, maybe only standard, if you take a higher level, then in a different way. The windows overlook the road and it's quite noisy - I sleep with earplugs. The room has a kettle, cups, two bottles of water per day. The slippers are rubber, and there are no bathrobes, toothbrushes, or toothpaste. The refrigerator is very small, the fruit won't fit, and it's not clear why there's a compartment in the door - a bottle of water won't fit there! There is no freezer. The closet is uncomfortable, the trash cans are without bags. There's no breakfast, shame on Ty! And more on coupons!And the tables are being cleaned slowly, they don't respond to requests. I had to clean the table myself, take the cutlery, and no napkins were brought.… The pool is small. The third time in Tae is the worst hotel of the three... the elevator does not go without a card. The staff is polite at the reception. Velkam drink and lollipop as a gift)

Excellent city hotel, clean and beautiful rooms. We had a corner room with a view of the mountain and the pool. Despite the road along the hotel, the room is quiet. The breakfasts are ordinary, but always fresh fruits. There is a pharmacy and a supermarket 7/11 in the next house. Karon Beach is a 5-minute walk away. As such, the hotel does not have a territory, there is a pool area and a rooftop bar. There is also a gym and a massage parlor. The staff is friendly and helpful.

A magnificent hotel. New and up to 5 stars, only the size and the huge pool are missing. The sea is 300 meters away. There is a store on the corner of 7/11. There is definitely everything inside, a massage area, a decent restaurant and a gym. 5 out of 5. I will say this if we go to Phuket again, we will most likely book it again. The last time, October from 9 to 21 in 2024, the hotel came to us through booking with a commission of 34,000₽

Nice modern clean hotel. Bright rooms, floor-to-ceiling windows. Cleaning every day. A bottle of drinking water per person every day. Nice clean pool with a bar. Friendly staff. It is a 3-minute walk to the beach, and 5 minutes to one of the streets with cafes. There are two 7elevens under the windows. A deposit is taken upon arrival, it is possible in dollars and euros (50 euros room)

I recommend the hotel. He has a good location. New and stylish. Everything is close. The sea is the cleanest and with singing sand , shops. There is a lake opposite where you can walk. There is a promenade to the right of the ring. There's a restaurant on the left. Fruit stalls and much more. A little further there is a temple where the market opens on Fridays. The staff is very friendly. He is constantly wondering if everything was fine with us. The breakfast is more than decent. Everything you need to eat.

Awesome We are staying here for the third time in 2 years. What is important is that there are no surprises. Everything works, the rooms are cleaned, the pool is clean, the wifi is fast. There are shops and 7/11 nearby. Parking at the hotel is free and it is available, I stopped by and got up at any time. English is well understood at the Reception, broken appliances are repaired on request on the same day. The proximity to the sea and the sandy beach is, of course, a huge plus. For families with two children, a family suite is ideal, where the monkeys are separated by a sliding door from their parents. There is a TV in the children's section. You can stick a USB flash drive /console into it for Russian-language movies.
The restaurant is not bad, but the street competitors are much better. The massage was not used, the mini-sports hall is quite mini. I only used the track. They keep their luggage willingly. The guests are 90% Russians.

The amazing hotel is new, clean and beautiful. In 10 days of stay with the reception, contact was made as soon as we arrived, and on the last day when the deposit was collected, everything was taken away.the accommodation is organized, everything is clear, the rules are like everywhere, nothing bothered!!!! Just a rest.The breakfasts are good, the choice is normal coffee so for 4. The omelet is delicious , the sausages , the cheese , the bacon are delicious , the bellies have not hurt for a single day . There is everything near the Semerochka hotel.There is a very nice restaurant across the street from the hotel. We had lunch and dinner there, and there are all the exotic things. Their fish is good

We had a rest at the end of January 2025.
The fact that the hotel is fresh is true, let's just say in some places.
The staff is responsive and smiling, just like everywhere else in Tae.
A low score for cleaning, we can say that it is basically not there. They come in, pass a rag from the balcony to the door, and that's the end of the cleaning. There was a seed in our room behind the sink, I basically didn't clean it, after 2 weeks, the seed remained there, I'm already silent about hard-to-reach places, dust on the bed frame, I was even surprised that they didn't wash the glasses, they didn't even touch them. In general, they do not touch anything except the floor (and then the whole floor is in their hair), make the bed, wipe the water in the wet area. That's all. The breakfasts are meager, the same thing for 14 days, they have never changed desserts at all. And there are no disposable slippers in the rooms, only reusable rubber ones. There are always free sun beds on the pool, because there are no people in the pool, the water is so cold that you climb in once and you walk again. The location is good, 3 minutes to the sea. The deposit at the hotel is 50 dollars.

Nice hotel. We lived in a family room (I liked that the children had their own entrance, their own bathroom and toilet). So these are 2 rooms separated by a sliding wall)))
The breakfasts are great for Tai. The hotel is new and clean. We've been to the pool a couple of times. However, for the first time we meet in Tae, that you can not go with your own near the basik. But they still carry it)) we carried it too, no one cares))
We took this hotel because of the location, I like this place. We were in nearby Jonex last year. This one is much better, there was nothing to eat for breakfast))
The only downside is cleaning up the dump. But it doesn't matter to us.

The hotel is definitely worth the money. The area, like all hotels near the beaches on Karon, is sparsely populated, there is a swimming pool, but only Kazakhs swam there, the restaurant and bar are decent, the breakfasts are quite tolerable, and there are no breakfast boxes.
Very close to the sea and to the main street, the shuttle always drives right up to the entrance, the rooms are very decent, there are no Indians, there are a minimum of Chinese.

Vacationed with a friend in July 2023 in this wonderful hotel. The hotel is new, with a good stylish design, everything is clean, constantly cleaned, the staff is friendly, mostly speaks English and Thai, so it's better to communicate through a translator on the phone. The hotel is located next to a busy street, so when booking a tour, it is better to immediately take a room with a view of the pool and sleep peacefully without extraneous noise. The rooms that overlook the roadway have small balconies overlooking the lake and are protected from passing tuk-tuks 24 hours a day.
We arrived at the hotel around 10 a.m., we were greeted by girls with cool drinks, took passports and a deposit of 1000 Baht, said the room was ready and we could not wait 14-00 to check in, but it turned out that our agent mistakenly booked a room with one bed instead of two, we were offered to check in now or wait until we were prepared a room with two beds, we decided to wait and take a walk to the beach for now. We left our suitcases in a special room under supervision, returned a couple of hours later and were checked in with two room cards. You can only get to the room by elevator by attaching your card, so outsiders do not shy away from the hotel.
Within walking distance across the street from the hotel there is a small market and a cafe, a supermarket, a pharmacy and a massage parlor, a 5-minute leisurely walk to the beach, you can rent two sun loungers on the beach for 200 Baht, one at a time they do not sell them, or sit under a tree in the shade on a blanket, which can be purchased in a shop on the next on the street for 300-500 Baht.
We liked the breakfasts at the hotel, there are meat and vegetables and local dishes, quite diverse, everything is fresh, fried eggs are fried in front of you to order at the exit to the outdoor terrace in several variations. At the entrance to breakfast, the staff checks the lists and marks your room.
The pool is located in the courtyard, there were always enough sun loungers for everyone, there is a shower to wash off the sand before visiting and a bar where they will make you a drink for a fee.

Overall, the hotel is not bad. Very close to the sea. Good staff. We had a Delux room with two separate beds, it's very small. Even the suitcases had nowhere to put away, they were standing in the aisle. But I'm not going to this hotel anymore. There are much cheaper and better options.

A great hotel (with its pros and cons)
The sea is just around the corner, there are shops, fruits, massage, pharmacies nearby; however, in 12 days only the floor was swept 1 time ... bed linen was changed 1 time (although it should be 3 times a week), towels were changed every day, beach towels we changed ourselves at the reception…
Breakfast is delicious, but extremely not varied, on the 5th day we already realized that the same thing is boring-but it's better than nothing)))
The room has a large umbrella in case of rain, and a beach bag with which we went to the beach :);
The hotel has a small room with exercise equipment (for 1-2 people it is OK, but if more, it will be extremely inconvenient to practice)
There should also be a massage parlor for an additional fee, of course, but in mid-December it was not yet open;
There will be an exit to the roof later (as we understood) with sun beds but without a pool;
The staff is generally very friendly, but not everyone knows English well (sometimes they gathered together-three of them to understand what we want from them);
We lived in a standard room with a view of a quiet street (you can say the view was to the courtyard) on the 2nd floor, we did not hear the neighbors, but the Thais who were building something from 7 a.m. heard very well)));
The photo shows the former gym room, at the end of our stay it was moved to a smaller room :(
As a result, I would return to this hotel again, because we only spent the night and kept things in the room))) and the location is very good for me!

A modern, fresh hotel. Compact and comfortable rooms. A peculiar solution with one door to the bathroom and a shower. Due to the design features of the building - a well of three walls with a swimming pool inside, it is not recommended to take rooms on the lower floors, because humidity is not removed even by excellent air conditioning. A good selection of breakfast dishes.

This 4-star hotel, as stated, does not pull at all. We chose the hotel based solely on reviews, but we were very disappointed. Firstly, the rooms are just tiny, this is the first time I have come across such a room; secondly, there are no disposable slippers, there are only rubber ones, which may have been used by previous tourists; thirdly, at the reception, when checking in for 2, they give 1 card, which you can use to open the room, enter the elevator and go up to your floor, and if someone needs to leave, you stay in the room without light and air conditioning. 3 days before departure, the air conditioner failed. The reception said they were sorry and they were very sorry that it had happened, since there were no available rooms, they couldn't move us. The part has been ordered and the air conditioner can be repaired only after 3 days. It was only after we insisted that the money be returned to us that we immediately found an empty room. I do not recommend this hotel, there is no desire to return to it. About breakfast - the same type, 2 fruits to choose from, and this is in Thailand! The rest was ruined...

We stayed at the hotel in February 2024. I liked the hotel. The staff is attentive, kind, the hotel is new, everything is very clean, the room was cleaned every day. There is a children's room, a swimming pool, and the location is excellent. Karon beach, massage, shops, cafes are all within walking distance. I recommend.

The hotel is located at the very beginning of the beach. Across the street. Our windows faced the road. It's quite noisy both day and night. The room is modern, very small. There are almost no places for storage. Another strange solution is that the door from the shower stall is also the door to the bathroom itself. After the shower, everything is in the water and so is the hallway. There is little European food for breakfast. Mostly Thai options are rice and noodles with additives. There is a swimming pool in the courtyard with sun loungers. There are a lot of Russians in that area. All the signs, menus, everything is in Russian. On the contrary, 7/11 is small. A little further across the road is a large one. They also make kebab tents, some kind of barbecue, and bake roti. There are always queues.

We had a rest with a family of 4 people. The hotel is just a bomb. I got a room for four with separate bathrooms and a separate entrance. The location of the departments relative to the sea is just super. Walk five minutes a minute. There is a sevenleven store on the way. You can also take a walk along Karon beach at any time.

We stayed at this hotel in November 2024, I lower the star for the lack of general cleaning. You can see the dust that has been accumulating for months on curtains, beds and other surfaces. For 10 days, only towels were changed, bed linen was not changed.
The staff is friendly and helpful. The ventilation and cooling system is working fine. If anyone is interested, the breakfast food is good, adapted to European cuisine. Everything is fine. The new hotel is a plus. The reception is super responsive and ready to help in everything. The refrigerator was buzzing strongly - it was immediately replaced. I knocked down the TV settings for them - they replaced the TV (outweighed it with a new one). On the street they fry an omelet or scrambled eggs very tasty
