A nice, fairly new hotel, in the very center.
Very soft beds. the fan coil in the room works great. The room is quiet.
A large communal swimming pool, sauna and hammam can only be accessed through the locker room, that is, they are separated for men and girls.
The breakfast is great.
The staff is polite and helpful.
We were at the hotel together with my husband, a tourist and romantic trip))
I can't say that I was completely satisfied with the choice of this particular hotel.
Of the cons: I chose a hotel with a pool and SPA, as a result, only one of the two days the pool worked ((The location of the hotel also seemed a little strange, by car or taxi this is a minor minus, but we walked a lot and got to the hotel by public transport and here accessibility is lame for a hotel of this level.
But definitely great breakfasts and very friendly staff.
A luxury hotel in the historical center of Tashkent. It is located in a pedestrian area, which is convenient for walking. Among the disadvantages is the lack of an outdoor swimming pool with an outdoor recreation area, which would not be bad considering the local climate
I ask the Hyatt management to take this review very seriously!!!
My wife and I stayed in room 235.
A terrible room with dirty bed linen.
A broken mixer. And spots everywhere🤦♂️
We paid the money for early check-in and booked the room in advance. But in the end, they waited 20 minutes for something to be done with the number.
This is not the level of the hotel that I have seen in other countries.
It's a horror.
I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.
!
I recommend this hotel to visit! Nice clean rooms. The bathroom is made with one cool idea: the wall between the bathroom and the bedroom is made of glass, which allows you to watch TV while washing in the bathtub! If desired, there is a button that makes the glass opaque.
Also, in order to hear the TV, there are speakers in the bathroom, which, if desired, you can not turn on.
The breakfasts are very tasty!
We stayed with my wife at the hotel for several days. The hotel is beautiful, good location. Furniture, plumbing, TV, everything worked properly. The bed is comfortable. The staff is very attentive. Both the cleaning and reception work clearly and kindly. Two excellent restaurants -one Uzbek cuisine, the other Italian. A solid five. The breakfasts are excellent. The payment incident was unpleasant. The Union Pay cards did not work several times at first. I called my bank in Moscow - they say they didn't even apply there. The card was in dollars. There is no exchange office. Or rather, it used to be, but a Rolex store was opened instead. Of course, the Rolex is much more important for the residents. Later, another terminal was brought and everything went away. It turns out that if the bill is billed in som, then everything goes through. I was billed in dollars and it doesn't work. It seemed to me that the employees knew this. And it's also funny - the euro is not considered a convertible currency. They don't take him anywhere. It's better to carry dollars. And change it anywhere except the hotel. There is no Russian flag on the flagpole in front of the entrance, although there were an overwhelming majority of Russians among the residents. If you do not pay attention to these points, then I would be happy to advise you to stop. The hotel matches its stars.
If you want to impress your guests or relax in Tashkent yourself with a high level of comfort and excellent service, I highly recommend it. The main advantage is the amazing breakfasts. The pastries are fresh and beyond praise. We celebrated the new year with my wife at the hotel, we were very satisfied
A chic hotel with a beautiful view and interior. Convenient access, excellent territory is well maintained, entry and exit are well thought out. The hotel itself is very nice.
I didn't like it, it doesn't pull in 5 stars at all. There are old dirty carpets in the corridors. There were no toothbrushes in the room. from the positive side, a delicious breakfast, but since there are a lot of people and the staff does not even have time to wipe the tables
A super hotel! Location, closed area. The staff is super! They will solve any issue without any problems. Very clean. The rooms are super, there is everything for a quality life and work! Two restaurants - Italian and Uzbek cuisine (Khiva) - everything is delicious. The service is very good! Live music, playing local instruments is just a fairy tale. I don't want to go under Sicilian wine at all. Italian restaurant on the 7th floor, good view of the city. The hotel is mostly occupied by foreigners and businessmen. And you won't find a free room, although the price is not cheap. There is a swimming pool, a beauty salon, a gym, a dollar can be exchanged for uz.sum on the spot - no problem. There is a pharmacy and a supermarket nearby. If you have the opportunity, come. We liked it here.
Great hotel. Excellent breakfasts. Great lunches and dinners. The rooms are clean. There were several misunderstandings, but they try to close the issues immediately and solve everything. A very good SPA.
Not the newest, but a very cozy hotel. Attentive staff, delicious breakfasts. I found everything in the room that I need for a short stay. I have no complaints about the cleaning and air conditioning of the room. The wifi worked well. If you find fault, then adjusting the water temperature in the shower seemed a little strange (80% of the regulator's stroke is hot), but the shower itself was pleasant and of good pressure. And if there are no quibbles, then an honest five stars. Thank you for your hospitality!
The hotel itself is good, but there are nuances. It is located in the very center of the government quarter. It is fashionable - therefore, the level of decoration, the condition of the rooms is excellent. But the service is disgusting. Instead of a full-fledged bed, a cheap shabby cot was put up for the third guest. In response to the claims, they presented a bottle of cheap tasteless local wine. Breakfast is not included in the room rate and in fact does not represent anything. The bars and restaurants are all mediocre with cosmic prices. I think $6-10 for a local beer is too much. Souvenirs with prices higher than at the airport by 30-40%. You can't really walk from this hotel on foot - the distance to the nearest restaurant with good cuisine is at least 1-2 km. And so of course the hotel is good in terms of decoration. The exchange rate is low, and the hotel does not accept dollars.
I really liked the hotel! Excellent service has been worked out for years. A chic spa, the best of all hotels in Tashkent, besides this one was also in the Hilton and the neighboring Continental, there is something to compare with. Breakfast is a separate story, it's great. The numbers are somewhat outdated, but I will return if I go to Tashkent again, only here.
Here I want to mention the most polite staff. They are all cute and very satisfied with the level of service. The cuisine is delicious. The view from the window is not bad either. I would have come back, if only for the pool and spa. By the way, there are always fresh flowers there. And I love flowers.
Great hotel.
The quality of service- the rooms - everything is fine.
The restaurant is simply a masterpiece. The chef is a miracle.
Breakfasts- it's impossible to even try everything.
European level with an oriental flavor
An excellent high-class chain hotel. It is located on a spacious territory, near a park and a local Arbat. We can go for a walk. The rooms are spacious and fully equipped, which is what you expect from a Hyatt. A varied breakfast buffet. We also had lunch and dinner at the hotel, we liked everything very much, the salads here were the best for the entire time we visited the country, the rest is also very good, although slightly averaged, due to the "network" composition. That is, for people accustomed to different traditional tastes, local food will contain the right amount of flavor, but it will not be too specific. All in all, a wonderful hotel.
A wonderful hotel. Everything is comfortable, clean and healthy. Service, breakfast and lunch. Autumn is clean and cozy, you want to come back and you won't regret it.
The service in the lobby bar on the ground floor is at zero, or rather, there is absolutely no service in general. We took the menu ourselves, ordered the aperitif ourselves, went for the menu ourselves, the only thing we waited for was that the drinks were brought to us. And most importantly, in the end, we probably paid the service interest (30,000 soums) only for bringing an aperol to the table. To my questions, the girl Hilola said in a boorish voice that this is a normal practice due to the large number of people, but the most interesting thing is that in other hotels of this level in Tashkent, for some reason, the staff finds time to devote time to all guests, standing at the counter just like that. Having asked to divide the bill into two, we again faced a problem, because the payme payment at the hotel would not rush, only after our questions we were told that it was possible to pay by click. The girl standing at the bar didn't really understand our questions, most likely she didn't speak Russian. It is amazing that in the sette restaurant in the same hotel you can eat well, but in the lobby you will not get any drinks, pleasant faces and service, paying 572,000 soums.
The smell in the room, the sink did not drain, the TV did not work, requests to fix everything were ignored, the restaurant was cooking for a long time, they did not bring a fresh dish, in general I do not advise, it does not correspond to 5 stars for sure!!!
I added one star only because senior managers solve at least something, but only after drawing their attention to specific problems.
And the hotel has only global problems: -
The rooms are dusty and dirty. There is a smell of mammoths and sewage in the corridors.
The rooms need to be forced to clean again in order to somehow exist.Plumbing is malfunctioning. The shower head may easily not work in the shower. The food at the hotel is poor, not tasty. The service is at a very, very low professional level. It is clear that the staff is changed often and it is not trained from the word "at all".There is also an option that we do not train the staff or they simply do not need it.Why bother....
The staff does not want to work and actually does not know how.
The food is disgusting, even scramble for breakfast manages to be served stiff and overcooked, the fact that it is cooked in butter has not been heard here at all.
The fruits for breakfast are clearly not local. They are rubber and have no taste.
Three kinds of cheese... and all three are tasteless again...Well, that's it.This begs the question of where these products come from and what they feed us in this country .... as in a two-star hotel in the poorest European country.Sausage is not suitable for consumption, it is the cheapest.
Champagne for breakfast is local.Really?can I have Uzbek sparkling wine at HAYATT for breakfast?)
Upstairs in the SPA, on the 7th floor, the cleaners rarely clean, they do not see dirt in front of them. There are a lot of dirty towels and bathrobes in the changing rooms.
The terrace is always dusty and not cleaned, the sun beds are not spread, the umbrellas may not be opened even by 12 o'clock in hot weather.Ashtrays can stand on the tables for three days without being cleaned, or until you ask them to clean it yourself, no one will clean it.Guests in that place are clearly not welcome, because guests are annoying.
We go down to the lobby bar. They generally look at you very unfriendly.Especially if you chose a table outside on a cool day.And suddenly it will rain, and in general it's cool, +20 in total, a dumb look "what the hell do you want to sit in the air, and we'll have to drag trays back and forth for you."
Prosecco, by the way, was not at the hotel for a week, on the eighth day of my stay there he was delivered.Eureka.At least I'll drink the cheapest Italian prosecco.Drink what they give you and be happy.
RoomService : bread-rolls-muffins are brought cold, but at least they are warmed up a little, for the sake of decency (I haven't seen this for a long time)
In general: a ridiculous hotel, with a ridiculous territory, poorly trained staff, tasteless food, an infection of dirt and stagnation on every floor.I changed three numbers.
Should I stay in Hyatt Tashkent again?never
Maybe I should write to America, tell the owners how Tashkent shames them?I'll do that.
The parking is underground, the service is good, the conference hall is large and transformable, the interior is pleasant. Clean and beautiful. The food is delicious. Price quality ratio is good.
A pleasant hotel. Everything is there. I didn't ask about the toothbrush, maybe they would have given it away. There are bathrobes. The breakfasts are delicious. We settled in quickly, the Internet works well. Cool glass in the bathroom, which turns frosted at the touch of a button.
A wonderful hotel, excellent staff, excellent service. The rich interior of the hotel inspires beauty and aesthetic pleasure. The breakfasts are almost like at home: delicious, fresh and beautiful. The location in the city center is convenient.
The hotel is super! Hayat is everywhere Hayat.
The rooms are clean, everything is in very good condition. Breakfast didn't seem very varied, but overall everything was fine.
We stayed at the Hyatt Hotel for 4 nights in late November - early December 2022. Everything in it is good: a convenient location, a decorated territory, a beautiful appearance, pleasant interior interiors, spacious, well-equipped rooms (lots of closets for things, suitcases, etc.), comfortable bathrooms; a swimming pool, restaurants, and a souvenir shop with a high-quality assortment of goods. The breakfasts in the restaurant are sufficient in terms of the range of dishes. Guests are offered freshly squeezed juices and champagne, very tasty croissants, a large selection of sliced vegetables and fruits. There is a selection of ingredients for an omelet prepared in your presence.
The hotel and rooms are very clean. Guests are offered everything they need to relax: bathrobes, disposable flip-flops, cosmetic and hygiene supplies, high spoons for shoes, a kettle and dishes, bottled water, etc. The staff is friendly, hospitable, hardworking.
The only drawback is that all the interiors and equipment are physically tired, the shabbiness is noticeable, the interiors need updating.
And it is worth remembering the disadvantage of the whole of Tashkent, which cannot be ignored: the air in the city is so bad that at night the gas pollution penetrating into the window open at night makes the nasopharynx ache and it is difficult to sleep. The air conditioner is noisy, so you can't get a good night's sleep, even in a comfortable bed. And this despite the fact that the windows of our room were far from the roads. Alas ... it's time for the city authorities to roll up their sleeves and solve this problem, otherwise the guests of the republic will fly directly to Samarkand, bypassing the capital. This is exactly what I advise the readers of my review.
A premium class hotel. The service is 7 stars out of the available 5. The room is spacious., with a bathtub and a separate shower cabin. Breakfast for slaughter. I was on a business trip, breakfast is like one meal a day. Polite staff, they just "lick" you. Reminded of hotels in Turkey of the class as "Imperial Dolphin", thanks to the management for such a level. 🌹🌹🌹🌹
Comfortable rooms. The air conditioner is working properly. The breakfasts pleased with the variety and delicious food. The gym on the 7th floor is equipped with everything necessary for a good workout.
A wonderful comfortable hotel with all amenities. We had a comfortable room with all the amenities. There is even a refrigerator, this is important, we kept fruits in it. In the hot daytime, we went swimming in the pool, there is a sauna and a Hammam. There is a gym. The restaurant on the ground floor is open for lunch and dinner, the kitchen is excellent. The rooftop restaurant overlooking the city is even more beautiful. A 24-hour bar. Very beautiful enclosed area. All services are working fine. The TV hung up at 10 p.m., a technician came in five minutes later, fixed everything. The cleaning is perfect. Our stay at the hotel was extremely comfortable, there is not the slightest complaint. We recommend it.
Everything is very quickly and efficiently. Thank you, but unfortunately I don't understand the walls are decorated with paintings or, at least, suzanne or carpet, but I didn't expect transparent glass in the entire wall in the bathroom. Everything is in the palm of your hand and the toilet and shower and especially the bathroom, honestly unpleasant especially when on a business trip with a colleague))) guys, it's honestly unpleasant to close at least with a curtain!!!
Probably one of the best places to stop in Tashkent. The hotel is beautiful in all respects, it is clean, cozy, very comfortable, everything is on the level. What is pleasing is that the hotel restaurant has a separate smoking room. In addition, there is a very good spa and fitness room, excellent massage therapists work. The only drawback is that at the reception there is absolutely no information about the city, its attractions, any cultural or simply interesting city events and institutions.
Everything is at the highest level. The staff are professionals in their field. The kitchen is amazing. A chic spa on the 7th floor with a huge swimming pool. The terrace offers a view of the whole of Tashkent. I recommend.
Nice hotel.
Convenient location. The main "walking" street is 2 minutes away.
The rooms are good, everything is there, hair dryer, ironing facilities and so on. There are connecting rooms.
Excellent pool on the 7th floor with access to the terrace where you can sunbathe.
The breakfasts are very good, there is a lot of everything and excellent quality.
Separately, I would like to note that the Khiva restaurant, where breakfast is held, is generally very tasty.
The staff is attentive.
Travel tips:
Do not change cash at the ATM of the hall, a very unfavorable rate, it is better to withdraw the world from the card. Or change it at the bank.
The hotel deserves the highest praise. Chic, incredibly cozy, with convenient and intuitive navigation. On the ground floor there is a restaurant in an authentic oriental style (it deserves a separate article, since everything is delicious there, the portions are huge, and the service is captivating). Separately, about the service: decent, at a very good European level. Without a doubt, I want to come back here again, and more than once.
I was in the Sette bar, certainly a gorgeous view, the atmosphere is unreal, the staff is insanely pleasant, only with a kitchen for this level you can do better if you rate all 5, except the kitchen, for the kitchen 4-
Probably the best hotel in Tashkent, with spacious rooms and an appropriate level of service for 5*. Convenient location. Friendly staff. A good choice for breakfast including champagne :)
Overall, I liked the hotel. Great location. It's green all around. Friendly staff, quick check-in, excellent breakfast service.
The room is small but cozy; the window from the bathroom to the room with the possibility of changing the transparency. The bathroom is large and comfortable: there is both a bathtub and a shower room. Everything is very neat. One of the disadvantages of the room, in my opinion, is the light carpet on the floor, because it is no longer very bright. It's nice that you can open the window slightly for natural ventilation of the room.
An indoor swimming pool on the 7th floor, a fitness room and a hairdresser, a terrace for relaxation only.
