A nice, fairly new hotel, in the very center.
Very soft beds. the fan coil in the room works great. The room is quiet.
A large communal swimming pool, sauna and hammam can only be accessed through the locker room, that is, they are separated for men and girls.
The breakfast is great.
The staff is polite and helpful.

I can't say that I was completely satisfied with the choice of this particular hotel.
Of the cons: I chose a hotel with a pool and SPA, as a result, only one of the two days the pool worked ((The location of the hotel also seemed a little strange, by car or taxi this is a minor minus, but we walked a lot and got to the hotel by public transport and here accessibility is lame for a hotel of this level.

My wife and I stayed in room 235.
A terrible room with dirty bed linen.
A broken mixer. And spots everywhere🤦♂️
We paid the money for early check-in and booked the room in advance. But in the end, they waited 20 minutes for something to be done with the number.
This is not the level of the hotel that I have seen in other countries.
It's a horror.
I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

I recommend this hotel to visit! Nice clean rooms. The bathroom is made with one cool idea: the wall between the bathroom and the bedroom is made of glass, which allows you to watch TV while washing in the bathtub! If desired, there is a button that makes the glass opaque.
Also, in order to hear the TV, there are speakers in the bathroom, which, if desired, you can not turn on.

We stayed with my wife at the hotel for several days. The hotel is beautiful, good location. Furniture, plumbing, TV, everything worked properly. The bed is comfortable. The staff is very attentive. The payment incident was unpleasant. The Union Pay cards did not work several times at first. I called my bank in Moscow - they say they didn't even apply there.The card was in dollars. There is no exchange office. Or rather, it used to be, but a Rolex store was opened instead. Of course, the Rolex is much more important for the residents. Later, another terminal was brought and everything went away. It turns out that if the bill is billed in som, then everything goes through. I was billed in dollars and it doesn't work. It seemed to me that the employees knew this. And it's also funny - the euro is not considered a convertible currency. They don't take him anywhere. It's better to carry dollars. And change it anywhere except the hotel. There is no Russian flag on the flagpole in front of the entrance, although there were an overwhelming majority of Russians among the residents. If you do not pay attention to these points, then I would be happy to advise you to stop. The hotel matches its stars.

A super hotel! Location, closed area. The staff is super! They will solve any issue without any problems. Very clean. The rooms are super, there is everything for a quality life and work! Two restaurants - Italian and Uzbek cuisine (Khiva) - everything is delicious. The service is very good! Live music, playing local instruments is just a fairy tale. I don't want to go under Sicilian wine at all. Italian restaurant on the 7th floor, good view of the city. The hotel is mostly occupied by foreigners and businessmen. And you won't find a free room, although the price is not cheap. There is a swimming pool, a beauty salon, a gym, a dollar can be exchanged for uz.sum on the spot - no problem. There is a pharmacy and a supermarket nearby. If you have the opportunity, come. We liked it here.

Not the newest, but a very cozy hotel. Attentive staff, delicious breakfasts. I found everything in the room that I need for a short stay. I have no complaints about the cleaning and air conditioning of the room. The wifi worked well. If you find fault, then adjusting the water temperature in the shower seemed a little strange (80% of the regulator's stroke is hot), but the shower itself was pleasant and of good pressure. And if there are no quibbles, then an honest five stars. Thank you for your hospitality!

The hotel itself is good, but there are nuances. It is located in the very center of the government quarter. It is fashionable - therefore, the level of decoration, the condition of the rooms is excellent. But the service is disgusting. Instead of a full-fledged bed, a cheap shabby cot was put up for the third guest. In response to the claims, they presented a bottle of cheap tasteless local wine. Breakfast is not included in the room rate and in fact does not represent anything. The bars and restaurants are all mediocre with cosmic prices. I think $6-10 for a local beer is too much. Souvenirs with prices higher than at the airport by 30-40%. You can't really walk from this hotel on foot - the distance to the nearest restaurant with good cuisine is at least 1-2 km. And so of course the hotel is good in terms of decoration. The exchange rate is low, and the hotel does not accept dollars.

A chic spa, the best of all hotels in Tashkent, besides this one was also in the Hilton and the neighboring Continental, there is something to compare with. Breakfast is a separate story, it's great. An excellent high-class chain hotel. It is located on a spacious territory, near a park and a local Arbat. We can go for a walk. The rooms are spacious and fully equipped, which is what you expect from a Hyatt. A varied breakfast buffet. We also had lunch and dinner at the hotel, we liked everything very much, the salads here were the best for the entire time we visited the country, the rest is also very good, although slightly averaged, due to the "network" composition. That is, for people accustomed to different traditional tastes, local food will contain the right amount of flavor, but it will not be too specific. All in all, a wonderful hotel.

Having asked to divide the bill into two, we again faced a problem, because the payme payment at the hotel would not rush, only after our questions we were told that it was possible to pay by click. The girl standing at the bar didn't really understand our questions, most likely she didn't speak Russian. It is amazing that in the sette restaurant in the same hotel you can eat well, but in the lobby you will not get any drinks, pleasant faces and service, paying 572,000 soums.

We stayed at the Hyatt Hotel for 4 nights in late November - early December 2022. Everything in it is good: a convenient location, a decorated territory, a beautiful appearance, pleasant interior interiors, spacious, well-equipped rooms (lots of closets for things, suitcases, etc.), comfortable bathrooms; a swimming pool, restaurants, and a souvenir shop with a high-quality assortment of goods. The breakfasts in the restaurant are sufficient in terms of the range of dishes. Guests are offered freshly squeezed juices and champagne, very tasty croissants, a large selection of sliced vegetables and fruits. There is a selection of ingredients for an omelet prepared in your presence.
The hotel and rooms are very clean. Guests are offered everything they need to relax: bathrobes, disposable flip-flops, cosmetic and hygiene supplies, high spoons for shoes, a kettle and dishes, bottled water, etc. The staff is friendly, hospitable, hardworking.
The only drawback is that all the interiors and equipment are physically tired, the shabbiness is noticeable, the interiors need updating.
And it is worth remembering the disadvantage of the whole of Tashkent, which cannot be ignored: the air in the city is so bad that at night the gas pollution penetrating into the window open at night makes the nasopharynx ache and it is difficult to sleep. The air conditioner is noisy, so you can't get a good night's sleep, even in a comfortable bed. And this despite the fact that the windows of our room were far from the roads. Alas ... it's time for the city authorities to roll up their sleeves and solve this problem, otherwise the guests of the republic will fly directly to Samarkand, bypassing the capital. This is exactly what I advise the readers of my review.

I was on a business trip, breakfast is like one meal a day. Polite staff, they just "lick" you. A wonderful comfortable hotel with all amenities. We had a comfortable room with all the amenities. There is even a refrigerator, this is important, we kept fruits in it. In the hot daytime, we went swimming in the pool, there is a sauna and a Hammam. There is a gym. The restaurant on the ground floor is open for lunch and dinner, the kitchen is excellent. The rooftop restaurant overlooking the city is even more beautiful. A 24-hour bar. Very beautiful enclosed area. All services are working fine. The TV hung up at 10 p.m., a technician came in five minutes later, fixed everything. The cleaning is perfect. Our stay at the hotel was extremely comfortable, there is not the slightest complaint. Probably one of the best places to stop in Tashkent. The hotel is beautiful in all respects, it is clean, cozy, very comfortable, everything is on the level. What is pleasing is that the hotel restaurant has a separate smoking room. In addition, there is a very good spa and fitness room, excellent massage therapists work. The only drawback is that at the reception there is absolutely no information about the city, its attractions, any cultural or simply interesting city events and institutions.

Convenient location. The main "walking" street is 2 minutes away.
The rooms are good, everything is there, hair dryer, ironing facilities and so on. There are connecting rooms.
Excellent pool on the 7th floor with access to the terrace where you can sunbathe.
The breakfasts are very good, there is a lot of everything and excellent quality.
Separately, I would like to note that the Khiva restaurant, where breakfast is held, is generally very tasty.
The staff is attentive.
Travel tips:

The room is small but cozy; the window from the bathroom to the room with the possibility of changing the transparency. The bathroom is large and comfortable: there is both a bathtub and a shower room. Everything is very neat. One of the disadvantages of the room, in my opinion, is the light carpet on the floor, because it is no longer very bright. It's nice that you can open the window slightly for natural ventilation of the room.
